Friday Night Registration will take place at

  • 4:00 pm-6:00pm Registration/packet pick up/select trail rides

All Drivers Meeting and Staging will be at

AJ’s Getaway RV Family Campground
3537 Buckskin Rd, Overgaard AZ 85933

  • 6:30 pm Drivers Meeting/Staging for the night ride 
  • 7:00 pm Night Ride 15+ miles

Saturday

Registration and Breakfast will take place at

AJ’s RV Getaway

  • 7:00 am-8am Registration/packet pick up/select trail rides
  • 7:00 am Breakfast

 All Drivers Meeting and Staging will be at AJ’s Getaway RV Family Campground

  • 8:00 am Drivers Meeting/Staging for rides to follow 
  • 8:15 am Rides Leave (50+ miles)

Dinner, Poker hand turn in, Raffles and more at AJ’s RV Getaway

  • 5:00 pm-6:00pm MUST turn in Poker Cards
  • 6:00 pm Gift Shop opens and Raffle tickets for sale
  • 7:00 pm Dinner/Raffles to follow

Sunday

Breakfast will be at AJ’s RV Getaway

  • 7:00 am Breakfast

All Drivers Meeting and Staging will be at AJ’s Getaway RV Family Campground

  • 8:00 am Staging for rides
  • 8:15 am Rides leave (50+ miles)
